The ISLD Certified Trainer Program is a 4-day intensive workshop (18 hours total) that transforms technical professionals into confident, skilled facilitators using proven international best practices.
Unlike theoretical training courses, this is learning by doing:
You learn the frameworks (Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Facilitation)

Is this right for me?
If you’re responsible for training others and want to become better at it, yes. We welcome technical professionals, supervisors, safety officers, and anyone who trains.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
Perfect! We start with foundations and build from there. You’ll practice extensively, get feedback, and build confidence.
How much time will this take?
The workshop is 4 days, 6:00-10:30 AM UK time (4.5 hours/day).
Will I get a certificate?
Yes! You’ll receive a CPD Accredited Certified Trainer Certificate with Gold Seal, plus a digital badge.
Is this online or in-person?
This cohort is online via Zoom. This means people from around the world can participate at 6 AM UK time.
What if 6 AM is too early for me?
We offer multiple cohort dates throughout the year at different times. We can discuss options.
What if I miss a day?
We recommend attending all 4 days for maximum benefit. We have a no-refund policy, but we offer free rescheduling to another cohort within 12 months.
How will I use what I learn?
Immediately! You’ll have templates, frameworks, and tools ready to use the day you return to work.
What support do I get after the training?
