The Process

Submit the Application Form

Share your background, leadership experience, and motivation for attending the Leaders Summit. This helps us evaluate your purpose and alignment with the summit’s vision.

Step 2
Complete the Leadership Aptitude Quiz

Take a structured, auto-evaluated quiz designed to measure your leadership potential, decision-making approach, and values.

Step 3
Automated Scoring & Eligibility

Your quiz is scored instantly:

  • 70% and above: You qualify for the next stage of scholarship consideration.
  • Below 70%: You may still be eligible for a self-funded delegate spot with limited discounts.
Step 4
Interview Invitation (for Shortlisted Candidates)

Top applicants will be invited to a virtual interview with our leadership panel to further assess their potential and impact outlook.

Step 5
Final Scholarship Decision & Categories

Based on your performance, you may receive one of the following:

  • 🥇 High Impact Scholar — 100% Fee Waiver
  • 🥈 Summit Contributor — 50% Fee Waiver
  • 🥉 Rising Star — 20% Fee Waiver

 

Note: Scholarships cover summit participation only. Travel and accommodation are not included.
Processing Fee: A $30 processing charge applies only to selected scholarship recipients to confirm their participation and secure their spot.

Who is eligible to apply?

Anyone with a passion for leadership, global impact, and personal growth is welcome to apply—regardless of age, nationality, or background. We especially encourage applications from young changemakers, emerging professionals, and students with demonstrated potential.

What does the scholarship cover?

The scholarship provides a full or partial fee waiver for the 3-day Leaders Summit experience. 

It does NOT cover airfare, visa fees, or accommodation.

Can I still attend if I’m not selected?

Absolutely! If you’re not selected for a full waiver, you may still qualify as a Summit Contributor (50% off) or Rising Star (20% off). Even if you don’t receive a scholarship, you’re welcome to join as a self-funded delegate and access the full experience.

How is the quiz scored?
Your responses are automatically scored based on a leadership framework. To move forward, you’ll need a score of 70% or higher, which shows strong critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and personal drive.
